Leading under pressure
Capable leaders and teams rarely fail for want of ability. Under sustained pressure they lose access to judgement they are entirely capable of exercising. This is a short, honest reading of where that may be happening — for you, and in how your team decides.
A lighter, self-scoring version of the Pressure Inventory used inside my engagements. Twelve statements, about four minutes. It is for you alone — nothing is stored against your name, and you will see your own reading at the end.
For each statement, choose how often it is true of you now: Rarely or never · Occasionally · Often · Almost always. There are no right answers, and the reading is only as useful as it is honest.
